PCI Approved College in INDIA 2022
In India, the Pharmacy education and profession (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharma & PharmD) is regulated by the PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) as per the Pharmacy act 1948. All applicants seeking admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy(D.Pharma), Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Pharm.D Course must check the following lists of Approved pharmacy colleges prior to taking admission:
भारत में, फार्मेसी शिक्षा और पेशा (D.Pharm, B.Pharma, M. pharma और PharmD) को फार्मेसी अधिनियम 1948 के अनुसार PCI (फार्मेसी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया) द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाता है। फार्मेसी में डिप्लोमा (D.Pharma), बैचलर इन फार्मेसी (B.Pharma) या Pharm.D कोर्स में प्रवेश लेने से पहले इच्छुक सभी आवेदक स्वीकृत (Approved) फार्मेसी कॉलेजों की निम्नलिखित सूचियों की जाँच करनी चाहिए|

Difference between “Institute only for conduct course” & “Approved Institute for course“
Institute only for conduct course means
PCI has granted approval to conduct only first year/semester course in respect of Diploma/ Degree/ Pharm.D course in Pharmacy. i.e. colleges have been got approval to take admission only in first year/semester courses in pharmacy from pharmacy council of India.
पीसीआई ने फार्मेसी में डिप्लोमा/डिग्री/फार्मा.डी पाठ्यक्रम के संबंध में केवल प्रथम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने की स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।
यानी कॉलेजों को फार्मेसी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया से सिर्फ फर्स्ट ईयर/सेमेस्टर कोर्सेज में एडमिशन लेने की मंजूरी मिल गई है।
Approved Institute for course means
PCI has Granted full approval to conduct complete course n respect of Diploma/ Degree/both Diploma and Degree/ Pharm.D course in Pharmacy. i.e. colleges have been got approval to take admission and conduct all year(first year/semester to last year/semester) courses in pharmacy from pharmacy council of India.(पीसीआई ने फार्मेसी में डिप्लोमा/डिग्री/डिप्लोमा और डिग्री/फार्मा डी कोर्स के संबंध में पूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने की पूर्ण स्वीकृति प्रदान की है। यानी कॉलेजों को फार्मेसी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया से प्रवेश लेने और फार्मेसी में सभी साल के पाठ्यक्रम (प्रथम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर से अंतिम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर) संचालित करने की मंजूरी मिल गई है।)
